First meal at 8 am Starbucks coffee and chive and cheetah bites
No symptoms at all
Second meal half of mozarella pesto tomatoe sandwixh at 12 pm at pret
No symptoms

Bojangles had chicken and Mac and cheese at 5 pm

Started feeling sick at 7:30 pm  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting

Husband ate a chicken sandwich on granary sandwich at around noon and nothing else after that.. that evening Diarrhea and severe vomiting . Totally exhausted now and dehydrated.
