Monday May 18, during our trip in London. Wrap with meatballs in tomato sauce, was in the warming display case. After consuming this food, ate nothing else, after approximately 4.5 hours became seriously ill. Had all symptoms of food poisoning.  | Symptoms: Vomiting, Nausea, Diarrhea, Stomach Pain

Asked for a hot pasty from Greggs, was told they are not sold hot or reheated. The pasties were stone cold, so you have to wonder how long they had sat in the cabinet! Within a hour of eating the Beef and vegetable pasty I am having severe diarrhoea and nausea.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea

Friday I think it was chicken My daughter went out to eat at Taco Bell last Friday night. Saturday she was feeling very unwell, sick and with night temperature. One of her friend said that she wouldn’t eat because the chicken seem to be raw and the rest who did eat got sick  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever
