Monday May 18, during our trip in London. Wrap with meatballs in tomato sauce, was in the warming display case. After consuming this food, ate nothing else, after approximately 4.5 hours became seriously ill. Had all symptoms of food poisoning.  | Symptoms: Vomiting, Nausea, Diarrhea, Stomach Pain
