12:45pm Wednesday 25th sept, chicken pesto wrap. I’ve felt intense symptoms since Thursday morning, meant that I’ve had to take time off from my PhD studies which is detrimental as I am close to my hand in date. Still feeling very unwell | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Stomach Pain, Fever, Cramps, Chills, Headache
