Think it was a chicken baguette I got sick. I ordered a chicken baguette for lunch around 1pm. Around 6pm I got stomach cramps and lower back pain. Managed to get to sleep but woke up in the middle of night with alternating bouts of vomiting and diarrhoea that lasted until the morning. It happened on 2 September 2021 | Symptoms: Vomiting, Cramps, Diarrhea, Nausea, Body Ache
