Went to dinner on Feb. 12 with family, party of 6, at approximately 7pm. Ordered the Shrimp Scampi. Started experiencing stomach cramps, nausea, and diarrhea at 9am the following morning. Was sick throughout the day, and did experience vomiting at one point, along with everything else. It is now Feb. 14, 4:57pm, and I am still experiencing stomach cramps, diarrhea, and fever of 100.8°. Have also experienced dizziness along with everything else. No one else in my dinner party was affected. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Cramps, Dizziness
