Dear Pringles Customer Service,I am writing to formally express my disappointment and concern regarding a recent purchase of your product. I purchased a can of Pringles, and while eating the chips, I discovered mold inside the can. This was extremely upsetting and concerning, as I had already consumed some of the product before noticing the issue.
I have always trusted your brand for quality and safety, which is why this experience was both surprising and highly disappointing. Finding mold in a sealed product raises serious concerns about quality control and food safety.
I would appreciate an explanation of how this could have occurred and information on how you plan to address this matter. I have retained the can and can provide additional details such as the flavor & a picture.
