Ground beef and or portobello mushrooms from there  I ate their beans ground beef and mushrooms and feel very ill with severe nausea and diarrhea with dry mouth and anxiety. This happened approximately 6 hours after eating and I have not eaten anything else after and was the only meal I’ve had all day.
