Meatball Sub Causes Hospitalization - Publix, Port Orange Florida

I ordered 6 inch meatball sub, went home ate it within 3 hrs I was puking , had diarrhea, with blood, wound up in hospital with severe stomach and intestinal bacteria infection. That is the only thing I ate all day. Doctor at er said the the food I ate gave me severe intestinal bacteria infection. 2 days later still in bed | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Other, Bloody Stool
