I got a chef's salad with mayo dressing. Five hours after consuming the salad, I began to cramp so bad in my lower stomach that I felt like I was having contractions (i'm not pregnant). Shortly after this, I had the worst explosive diarrhea of my life. I have had to run to the bathroom three times now with explosive, PAINFUL diarrhea. I am now beginning to feel nausea and feel like throwing up. I also have the chills. God help me! I will never purchase a salad again! | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Chills, Cramps
