Bought 3 bags of the caesar salad kit on friday the 7th at here. We had with our easter dinner on april 9th. Within 15 minutes after i ate it i had severe headache, nausea, abdominal pain and diarrhea,. I still have all these symptoms today. I am going to call fresh express about it. My numbers on my bags are not the same but i believe its the same lettuce. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Something else, Headache
