Sub Sandwich Causes ER Visit - Publix, Covington Georgia

I ate a sub made in front of buyer, I began vomiting, diarrhea, heart rate increased, sweating,on the next day. I quickly was taken to the ER Rockdale hospital by my daughter.i was addmitted from 6/16 to 6/18/2017. Discharged even though I continued my listed symptoms. I contacted the store multiple times and finally spoke with a manager on 6/26/17. Who told me to wait for a call from person in charge of these incidents. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Sweating
