My boyfriend and I had not eat together until dinner. I cooked a frozen California margarita pizza. Two slices in I started to feel nauseous and my stomach was cramping. I immediately stopped eating and asked my boyfriend how he felt at the time he was fine. About an hour later, he began to feeling bad and I was now in the bathroom with vomiting and diarrhea. A couple hours later my boyfriend was in the bathroom with the same symptoms. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Cramps
