my girlfriend is very sick after having breakfast from this location of pur & simple this morning. She had the breakfast poutine and has thrown up twice in the last hour. Her stomach hurts extremely badly and I am very worried for her. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever
