Suspected food poisoning. Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Stomach Pain, Cramps
Suspected source: Food or beach water
Onset: 4 to 12 hours
Duration: One Week
Sick: A loved one
Additional information: Could be we got it twice possibly as we got it while in PV and seemed to get better, now it has come back. No bomiting but bad diarrea, cramp and weak. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Weakness
