Went out to eat with wife during our 4th night at resort. We ate the same meal. Roughly 4 hours after dining is when symptoms became noticeable. Nausea and gas at first quickly led to diarrhea and vomiting. Wife is fine so unsure if it was definitely the food but seemed to be. That said, I’ve also noticed some uncleanliness with plastic cups used around the pool areas here. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Gas

Hello... I would like to know how they feel today?! I was seriously ill in the Dom Rep three years ago and I still have symptoms...
