This was on July 23, I only just now was able to report it. I got a glass of unsweetened coconut flavored iced tea. I drank it on my way in to work, and later noticed that my stomach didn't feel quite right. I was very dizzy, nauseous, and had diarrhea several times. I went home after my shift, and the symptoms got worse, accompanied now by muscle aches and vomiting. I had eaten a bag of chips at work, but that was after symptoms had started showing, so I do believe it was the glass of tea that made me sick. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Dizziness, Muscle Pain
