In-Flight Snack Illness - Qatar Airways, London England

I was violently ill after having the snack roll they served on my flight from Doha to U.K. As soon as I landed, I was feeling unwell and just wanted to get home. Shortly after I got home, I projectile vomited several times along with diarrhoea, chills and a fever. Went to the emergency room, where I was told that I’ve got food poisoning. I felt that the overall quality of service and hygiene has dramatically decreased. My tray table had dried up food stains which I showed to the staff, instead of apologising she just got a dry tissue to wipe it off. The bathrooms were dirty and the tap was broken so no running water! It was a horrendous experience and I would never fly with them again. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Chills
