Additional information: This was on 02.01.2025. Flew from London ,Heathrow to Doha. I had the lactose free meal, which was fish based. We had a stop over in Doha. Within a few hours I had nausea, followed by severe diarrhoea and vomiting. I had a fever and chills. I was severely ill for 36 hours.I was unable to fly and had to postpone my flight from Doha to Auckland by 24 hours. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Fever, Chills, Headache
