Ordered a Tequila lime chicken burrito bowl at Qdoba around 8pm , May 3rd Tuesday for take out. Started having symptoms later on in the morning. Had diarrhea 5 times consecutively the next morning ...threw up once but has been nauseous since then. Decided to go to the doctor for fatigue , weakness, sore throat and overall feeling of uneasiness. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Weakness, Fatigue, Soreness, Sore Throat
