I bought and ate a hot and sweet chicken burrito bowl from Qdoba at work and right after I got home, I started to get really bad symptoms. I had and still have a painful headache, painful stomach feels like a rock, dizziness, blurry eyes, rash on skin, runny nose, high fever, vomiting, diarrhea and painful cough. Be very careful!
