Today I think the meat or queso had gotten me sick. I ordered a loaded nachos, a coke, and quesadilla with chicken. The quesadilla's chicken had a weird texture to it and some pieces were hard and stringy (as if they had been sitting out for ages). The loaded nachos were almost a disgusting soup and tasted really off (along with the unusually warm guac that tasted like it was under a heater for hours too). Almost 30 minutes after eating this "wonderful" meal, I had liquid diarrhea, convulsive vomiting, and nausea. After about 3-4 hours the symptoms are improving, but now have a headache, chills, and lingering nausea. It also should be noted too that I called the store three times and they pretended to not hear me when they picked up the phone. I then immediately called another local store and was told their supervisor reported my case to our state's health department and reached out to the culprit branch regarding the situation. Very thankful for the other site's professionalism despite the overall bad outcome. | Symptoms: Vomiting, Nausea, Diarrhea, Headache, Chills
