I went in to have lunch. Ordered a chicken burrito bowl without the shell. I was hungry so I ate most of it. I began to feel odd digestively after, for the rest of the afternoon and until now, still ongoing I'm experiencing those symptoms (diarrhea, nausea and abdominal pain ). The stomach pain is the worst. A co-worker and mine who cane out with me also had chicken from qdoba and he felt sick as well. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Stomach Pain
