On the last day of June I ate a build your own taco salad. By that night I had a 104 degree fever, vomiting and diarrhea. I went to the doctor who immediately sent me to the ER. My white cell count was 21 (normal is under 10). My 104 degree fever persisted for about 3-4 days. The ER didn't diagnose me. But another doctor took one look at my tests and confirmed I was poisoned. I think the ER didn't diagnose me with food poisoning because they didn't want the hassle of reporting it. I will never eat there again. Once was enough.... | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting
