Naked Burrito Illness Suspected - Qdoba,

I got a naked burrito with my girlfriend. Afterwords we both became very sluggish and extremely tired. Within 3 hours I was puking my brains out violently and was unable to keep ANYTHING down. Diarrhea turned to blood, vomit continued into the wee hours of the morning. It's currently 3 AM and I am getting little to no sleep between my emergency bathroom visits.
I suspect strongly the black beans are the culprits. I used to work at Chipotle and their requirements are exhaustingly rigorous. Clearly corners were cut here, as there is no reason for me to still be violently I'll 10 hours later.
I will never be visiting this place again.
Tip: I found it extremely helpful to drink LOADS of water when my stomach was upset and force myself to purge whatever was causing stomach pain. The overload of water actually makes vomiting not entirely horrible and things come out relatively smooth. I noticed little chunks of beans in my vomit even 10 hours later.
