I purchased the chicken salad in the deli. It was the last little bit on Saturday afternoon. I had some for dinner that night, and then finished it on Monday evening. Five hours later I became unbearably sick: stomach cramps, diarrhea, vomiting. I ended up with a headache, chills, and was ill for two days.
