Suspected food poisoning. Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Chills
Suspected source: eating at QQ's Resturant in Jerseyville Illinois
Onset: 4 to 12 hours
Duration: other: I still have Samanella
Additional information: I was in hospital for a week @ Allton Memeorail Hospital in Alton Illinois. As of Sept 18th I still have Samanella, I have to take another test Oct. 31, to see if its gone so i can go ahead and set up surgery, been cancelled twice now , for samanella | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Chills
