Oatmeal Triggers Severe Symptoms - Walmart, Virginia Beach Virginia

I had severe stomach pains, diarrhea, and gas for about a week after eating Quaker instant oatmeal apples & cinnamon.
A few weeks ago I opened a new box of instant oatmeal and about 12 hrs after eating 🥣 started having stomach issues. Gas, bloating, severe pain in lower abdomen, and dark diarrhea. I couldn’t pinpoint what caused it so I started eliminating thing from my diet. Finally a few weeks later I stopped the oatmeal and started feeling better.
