In November 2021 I had covid. I lost my sense of taste and smell. My husband made me 2 packets of Quaker Instant Oatmeal Strawberries and Cream flavor. I ate it in dim light but noticed some dark pieces. I ate it because I couldn’t smell or taste. A few hours later I was extremely dizzy, nauseated, vomiting and had diarrhea. We examined one unopened remaining oatmeal packet and discovered black and green markings in on the side of packet and black/green pieces throughout the oatmeal. #quakerinstantoatmeal | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Dizziness
