Cinnamon Cereal Illness Alert - Quaker Oats, Media Pennsylvania

First time 12/28, then again 12/30 through 1/8/24 Ate Quaker Oatmeal Squares with cinnamon a few times within that period The only Quaker product that I have eaten is Quaker Oatmeal Squares with cinnamon.  I have eaten a total of approximately 2/3 to 3/4 of a 14.5 oz box between 12/28/23 & 1/8/24. I was the sickest on 12/30/23 through 12/2/24. I think I did not eat it very much after I was very sick (possibly once). | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
