Oats Trigger Severe Illness - Quaker Oats, Puyallup Washington

I opened a new box of the quaker, old fashion, oats and ate breakfast just like normal. Within 15 to 20 minutes I was violently ill, vomiting, several bowel movements, and a horrific pain in my epigastric area more than a cramp just a solid pain that was continuous. After vomiting about 10 to 15 times the pain eventually started to subside, but I felt extremely weak afterwards. | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Gas, Weakness, Cramps, Stomach Pain
