We visited this location with our baseball team there for a tournament. The team was 11 year old boys. The boys sat at their own table next to the parents. Our son ordered the Scorpion Venom sauce wings— the waitress did nothing ask our permission or have us sign a waiver. We had no rides that he had done this. When he ate the first bite, he immediately started spitting up, coughing, having trouble breathing, his eyes were bloodshot and he struggled for atleast 30 minutes before he puked in the foyers and all over their sidewalk. The manager acknowledged that the waitress should have absolutely asked us for permission and had us sign a waiver. I would use extreme caution with this place. | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Other, Cough
