I purchased a tuna sandwich on 11/112022 in the morning around 5:30 am to pack with my lunch for work I eaten the sandwiches at 12 noon along with a bottle of water about an hour later my stomach started to feel nauseous and about 20 minutes later I started to vomit the vomiting continued with a fever an diarrhea throughout the night until about 3 in the morning leaving me extremely weak. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Fever
