Ate the food. First meal since the night before at 6+pm the night before. During eating felt bloated. Shortly after eating had terribly stomach cramps. Had diarrhea and vomiting. Afterwards intense stomach cramps continued but nothing coming out when trying to in the washroom. Stomach pain continues till now after medication. 1.15pm | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Other, Cramps, Bloating, Stomach Pain
