Ate the food. First meal since the night before at 6+pm the night before. During eating felt bloated. Shortly after eating had terribly stomach cramps. Had diarrhea and vomiting. Had a salad with onsen egg which was not cooked and bad. 4hrs later I started vomiting and diarrhea and a high fever., and had to be admitted to hospital for overnight stay. Will never go back to this shop again!!!!
