I had a regular-sized salad takeaway, comprising mushroom, chicken & other ingredients. 4 hours after having it, I vomitted 9-10 times over a ~ 3-hour period and had to go to the hospital in the middle of the night. There, I was told that this was likely because of food poisoning from what I ate most recently. | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting
