Ate cole slaw it tasted odd. Another person said theirs tasted odd as well. One hour later I had severe stomach pain followed by vomiting and diarrhea. Felt better afterwards. Now 2nd person who ate the coleslaw experienced same symptoms plus fever. The other two in our group did not have the slaw and are not sick | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever
