Today is Wednesday 4/19/23

I ordered a 3 finger combo with two sides of coleslaw at 12:30am Sunday night

Woke up Monday sharp stomach pain, vomiting and diarrhea. And chills

Wednesday Now I’m in the ER

Last time months ago I had this i only had diarrhea and vomited for a couple hours the next day. Never should’ve went back

Three days later and I’m still in the worst pain of my life. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Chills, Stomach Pain
