Chicken Tenders Cause Cramps - Raising Canes, Hendersonville Tennessee

1 year ago reported by user-txpw4463 business

Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers, East Main Street, Hendersonville, TN, USA

200 East Main Street, Hendersonville, 37075 Tennessee, United States

This past Saturday, my boyfriend and I both ate Raising Cane's chicken tenders for the very first time (sooo good!). I had eaten 4 piece tender combo and he, the sandwich combo. About 30 minutes later, both of us had stomach cramps and I had diarrhea like I'd never seen....TMI but six different awful trips to the toilet w/ intense stomach cramping. My boyfriend's symptoms were mostly just really intense cramping and he has a stone stomach that can eat anything (street food in third world countries even and he's been ok every time!) Crazily and unbeknownst to me, he went back tonight to get more as he wasn't convinced like I was it was the restaurant food that caused us issues. Naturally, I didn't touch Cain's again. Whatdya know? tonight, he had the exact same issue, almost immediately upon eating the tenders! Now, he most certainly believes it is food poisoning. Is the restaurant trying to get away with undercooking the chicken to keep it really moist or something?? I'm reading all these reports now of similar stories. Crazy! I hope something is pinpointed with all these food poisoning cases. I loved the chicken but will never eat there again. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Cramps
