Last night I ordered a combo meal box with a side of extra toast. I woke up this morning to get ready for work and I have been in the bathroom with bad stomach pain and Diarrhea every 10 minutes. I’ve thrown up once and feel very nauseous, just standing up is taking a lot out of me.
