I went to Cane's and ordered a simple 3 piece meal, ate it and an hour later had cramps and felt bad. I then went to bed thinking it was nothing and 2 hours later I wake up super nauseous and I barely made it to my bathroom in time to throw up. Then when I made sure that was done I cleaned and am still in the bathroom an hour later because of the diarrhoea it gave me.
