Chicken was undercooked. I did finish eating but had nausea vomiting and diarrhea for 24 hrs. Consuming uncooked Poultry is harmful. The expectation that food is prepared safely has to be a necessity in restaurant industry along with food contamination. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting

So you noticed it was undercooked and instead of taking it back, or putting it in the oven/microwave to finish cooking, or even tossing it and reporting that, you chose to finish eating it? At that point, the responsibility and consequences are yours.
