I got sick and had to leave work an hour after I ate there. I have had diarrhea, fever, chills and extreme nausea for past 3 days. I went to the doctor. She said it was food poisoning. Asked where, what I ate that day. I ate at this location right before I walked into work that day. bpoIt was on Friday I bought it and ate it in my car immediately after buying it and before walking into work. Within an hour I had to leave work due to extreme nausea, sick to stomach, like needed to run to bathroom. Felt like fever, hot flashes. I left work and went home extremely sick with diarrhea, extreme nausea then chills, body aches and fever. I've been sick for 4 days and missed work. I haven't missed a day of work since starting there. Clients had to be cancelled. I missed pay and work for 4 days. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Chills, Body Ache
