Bagged premixed Kale ready to eat salad, the next day after eating nearly an entire bag of Kale ready to eat salad I had severe abdominal discomfort, liquid diarrhea and stomach cramps for 3 days with intense waves of burning GERD and dyspepsia (unusual amounts of gas) which I have never had before. The nausea persisted for another 4 days. I am left with a sore throat wont is still lingering a few weeks later. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Cramps, Sore Throat, Stomach Pain, Gas

This is why I don’t ever eat salads anymore I buy spinach and cook it every single time
