Food Safety Report: Ralphs Fountain Valley, CA, United States.

9 years ago reported by user-vppz7292

Ralphs Fountain Valley, CA, United States

10035-10037 Slater Avenue, Fountain Valley, 92708 California, United States

Ate some cheese cubes (cut from a 32 oz. block purchased from Ralphs in Fountain Valley, CA) on the evening of 12/29/16 and had diarrhea 90 min later. Vomiting ensued soon after, alternating with diarrhea for about 36 hours. Not sure if there was a fever; by the time I thought to check, I was unable to sit up and reach the cabinet containing the thermometer. Cheese tasted odd in hindsight. Can't find a lot number on the package, but it says, "Sell by 18:18 / 29 May 2017 AR2". Throwing the block away after this report. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
