Do you have the lot number/expiration date? I’m very low weight and just bought some lasagnas and can’t risk getting very sick. Is the lasagna the only thing that could have caused you to get sick?

You shouldn't risk your health. Toss it out. Amy's has a long history of quality control issues. Just search #amyskitchen.
It seems like every company I used to eat regularly without a problem has major quality issues. And the lasagna tasted good… So disappointing.
