ER Visit After Deli Meal - Ralphs, Los Angeles California

Ate lunch at the hot food aisle of Ralphs Deli section on March 9, 2018. I had mushrooms & chicken breast in a white sauce. That was the only thing I ate all day. A couple hours after lunch I had severe abdominal pain, diarrhea, vomiting and passing out. Spent 10 hours in the ER room at the hospital. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
