I ate a plate of spinach (made into a salad with chopped tomatoes, small carrots, and ranch. The spinach was from a large tub of the raw spinach (Organic Baby Spinach). Within an hour, maybe two, my stomach was gurgling, bad gas, and then nausea, and finally, well, a large explosion through the mouth.
