I ate the Breaded Fried Endless Shrimp, approximately 15 shrimp before feeling the symptoms., I got sick while my friend was still eating. I stopped eating due to feelings of nausea, dizziness. I got up and slowly walked to the mens room while urges to urinate, vomit, and an oncoming bowel movement took over. I got to the toilet and next I knew I was laying on the floor between the toilet and the wall. I fell on my right side damaging my cheek, my right ear and my teeth. My bite is now off and I scheduled a dental appointment for 10/7/19. This happened on Friday afternoon, 10/4/19. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Dizziness
