Went to dinner with a large group on January 27 and was the only one that got sick -no one had the same meal as me. Ate dinner around 6:30-7PM and had diarrhea and was vomiting by 2AM. Spent the 28th nauseated all day and keeping down only small amounts of fluids. Still not feeling well more than 24 hours since symptoms started and may end up at emergent care for fluids and meds. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting
